At Holistic Solutions, customer trust and product safety are very important to us. Because we sell health-related herbal supplements, returns are handled carefully for hygiene and safety reasons.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

The product seal is not opened, broken, damaged, or tampered with.
The product is unused and in original packaging.
The return request is made within 03 days of delivery.
You have proof of purchase, such as order number, invoice, SMS, or WhatsApp confirmation.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted if:

The product seal is opened or broken.
The product has been used.
The packaging is damaged by the customer.
The product was stored improperly after delivery.
The return request is made after 03 days.
The customer changed their mind after opening the product.
The customer did not follow the usage instructions.

3. Defective, Wrong, or Damaged Product

If you receive a wrong, defective, expired, leaked, or damaged product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures or video of the parcel and product.

If the issue is verified, we may offer:

Replacement
Exchange
Refund
Store credit

4. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our mistake, such as wrong or defective product, Holistic Solutions may bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer preference or incorrect order details provided by the customer, return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

5. Refund Method

Refunds may be processed through bank transfer, mobile wallet, or any other suitable method agreed with the customer.

6. Refund Processing Time

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds may take 7 to 14 working days to process.

7. Important Health Disclaimer

Herbal supplements may support wellness, but individual results vary. Refunds are not guaranteed on the basis of “no result” because results depend on diet, lifestyle, body condition, disease history, and correct usage.
