Holistic Solutions delivers herbal supplements across Pakistan only.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship within Pakistan through trusted courier services. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 working hours after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is:

Major cities: 4-5 working days
Other cities and remote areas: 4–7 working days

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, incorrect address, or customer unavailability.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or communicated before order confirmation. Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

6. Failed Delivery

If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, or provides an incorrect address/phone number, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Tampered Parcel

Please check the parcel before receiving it. If the parcel appears opened, damaged, leaked, or tampered with, do not accept it and immediately contact our support team.
