1. Nature of Products
Holistic Solutions sells herbal supplements and alternative health products in Pakistan. Our products are not allopathic medicines and are offered as herbal/alternative wellness products. Product results may vary from person to person depending on age, diet, lifestyle, health condition, and regular use.
2. Medical Disclaimer
The information on this website is for general wellness and educational purposes only. It should not be considered a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified physician.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, elderly, suffering from any chronic disease, taking prescription medicine, or have allergies, please consult your doctor before using any herbal supplement.
Do not stop or replace your prescribed medication without your physician’s advice.
3. Product Information
We try our best to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredients, usage instructions, prices, and availability. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any mistake, update product information, change prices, or cancel an order if any information is incorrect.
4. Orders & Confirmation
After placing an order, our team may contact you through phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp for order confirmation. Orders may be cancelled if the customer does not respond, provides incorrect details, or the delivery address is not serviceable.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas of Pakistan. The customer must pay the full payable amount to the courier at the time of delivery. Please do not accept the parcel if it is visibly damaged or tampered with.
6. Use of Products
Customers must follow the dosage and instructions mentioned on the product label or product page. Holistic Solutions is not responsible for misuse, overdose, self-medication, or use against medical advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Holistic Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use any product. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product paid by the customer.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only according to our Refund & Return Policy. Due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened, used, seal-broken, damaged-by-customer, or tampered products cannot be returned.
9. Privacy
Customer information is used only for order processing, delivery, customer support, and service improvement. We do not sell customer personal data to third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be handled under applicable Pakistani laws and relevant consumer protection rules.
